Usop Sontorian is Malaysia's first animated series. The cartoon series designed by Bet with Kamn Ismail and published by Kharisma Pictures Sdn. Bhd. 1993-1996.
Usop Sontorian story about a kid named Usop who lives in Kampung Parit Sonto located not far from the town of Ayer Hitam, Johor. She lives with her parents and was the youngest child in the family. Fond sister sent him to the grocery store to buy sour plum and brother also loves cycling around the village to find Usop. Usop have a few friends like Abu compatriot, Dol, Ah Kim, Vellu and Singh. He also has a Kelebet seekorayam named Kelebet.

Sontorian Usop series of 49 episodes were produced including: Running From Home, New Friends, Fans loyal, Dol Move, Play Guitar, Martial, play Raft, Camping, Kelebet, Sportsman, Head of the Class, Mission Impossible, Abu Oh Abu, Kartini, Kids elephant, Budin To KL, dear Kak Kiah, World Air, independent and others.
This series has created its own history by becoming the first animated series on tv Malaysia, train and develop the talents of artists who gouged out of the whole country in a series of interviews cruising. Usop Sontorian employees is 94 at the end of 1996. The series was inaugurated its launch by Information Minister Datuk Mohamed Rahmat on January 20, 1996 at PWTC.
Usop Sontorian also created history when she got a warm welcome from the Japanese people when it aired in Asia Animation Festival (Hiroshima) in June 1996. Now, Usop Sontorian hovered around the world with a wide range of topics including, Usop And Friends, Adventures Of Usop and Usop and Geng.
